Many years of research
and development.

Our technology is the result of 23 years of academic research, conducted at the
University Hospital of Lille by a French Inserm labelized research lab. Our mission
is to provide technologies that allow clinicians a reliable, continuous and non-invasive
evaluation of their patient’s Autonomic Nervous System activity.

The only technology that measures the parasympathetic tone to continuously evaluate the patient’s comfort level
More information about our company

MDoloris’ technologies are being refined to enhance advanced care and safety for patients and caregivers.

Physicians can trust these technologies as effective for adults and neonates and patients of all ages. Helping clinicians improve analgesia management in any clinical setting where the patients are unable to communicate is important so that our customers have the best technology available. Personalizing the administration of analgesic drugs can prevent the side effects of over/under dosages, which is vital to patients’ safety and comfort. Physicians are now able to continuously and non-invasively assess the nociception/antinociception balance of their patients and we will continue to ensure this success and drive innovation forward.

Ani

Adults and Pediatrics

The ANI technology (Analgesia Nociception Index) is an innovative technology that allows the assessment of the level of comfort in hospitalized patients.

PTA

Veterinary

Our PTA technology (Parasympathetic Tone Activity) allows optimal management of analgesia during animal surgery, which induces a better revival and facilitates the animal recovery.

Nipe

Neonates

The NIPE (Newborn Infant Parasympathetic Evaluation Index) has been developed to evaluate and monitor the parasympathetic part of the Autonomic Nervous System of new-borns to ensure total comfort at this critical age.

MDoloris Medical Systems presents ANI (Analgesia Nociception Index) technology

3400 devices are now used by anesthesiologists and health care providers worldwide and more than 250 000 patients have benefited from MDoloris’ technologies.

Masimo & MDoloris: ANI MOC-9

To better determine treatment options for our patients, we collaborated with Masimo, one of the biggest global medical technologies companies in the world, to bring you the development of the ANI MOC-9, a module with ANI (Analgesia Nociception Index) technology integrated into Masimo’s ROOT monitor platform. The use of ANI technology allows clinicians to monitor the balance between analgesia and nociception measuring the Autonomic Nervous System and determine treatment options for patients.

Testimonials

OOur technologies are used by top physicians around the world in both OR and ICU settings

Dr. Jan Paul J Mulier Anesthesiologist

I use daily the ANI monitor during my opioid-free anesthesia to titrate the non-opioid analgesic drugs. It allows me to reduce the dexmedetomidine and lidocaine dosages, which results in a faster and better awakening process of the patient as hemodynamics do not always reflect the surgical stress of the patient

Dr. Pedro Gambus - Anesthesiologist

ANI offers the clinician the possibility to control vagal and parasympathetic activity in the operating room, critical care and perioperative setting in general. This is an important feature that we’ll be significantly more important in the future.

Dr. Pedro Gambus – Anesthesiologist

Anesthesiologist, Hospital CLINIC de Barcelona

Dr. Bill Fawcett - Anesthesiologist

At the heart of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) programs is the reduction in surgical stress. Whilst there are many approaches to this (such as minimally invasive surgery) a key area is excellent pain control. The ANI monitor allows objective intraoperative assessment of analgesia, permitting titrated pain control, optimizing patient analgesia and comfort and thus minimizing the stress response.
